Ashley Powers, Lead Educator, has been a licensed Aesthetician since 2010. Ashley holds dual roles at SpaDerma, Chicago’s leading medical spa since 2001, as an Aesthetician and Education Director. Ashley has acted as the Education Director for over 5 years where she has led a team of over 60 Aestheticians, providing education, training and general oversight of procedures to ensure safe and effective treatments companywide. Ashley has successfully trained over 30 newly licensed Aestheticians who had no hands-on experience prior to working with Ashley. Ashley has training certifications for over 20 devices and over 50 skincare brands. Ashley has not only conducted over 250 trainings for SpaDerma but also for Tricocci University, private trainings for individual practices, as well as helping develop curriculum with a highly respected clinical skin care line.

Anna is a nationally certified Physician Assistant and functions as our Clinical Director overseeing our talented group of injectors at SpaDerma. Anna attended Illinois Wesleyan University to obtain her bachelor’s degree and later graduated with a Masters of Science from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in 2011. She began her career working in emergency and hospital medicine, which gave her a great foundation in medicine and allowed her to familiarize herself with varying specialties. In 2015 Anna made the full-time transition to plastic surgery and medical aesthetics and has never looked back. Anna treats neurotoxin and filler patients at our West Loop and North Shore locations, in addition to providing medical consultations across all SpaDerma locations. She holds certifications in advanced techniques for dermal fillers, neurotoxins, and for the use of radio frequency devices. Additionally, Anna is certified in a variety of lasers, including intense pulse light (IPL), broadband light, hyperhidrosis treatment, chemical peels, Aquagold, Kybella injections and PRP restoration for hair growth and skin rejuvenation. Anna has had significant exposure to a multitude of interventions for both surgical and non surgical enhancement. Anna prides herself on providing her patient's with a comprehensive assessment accompanied by a straightforward plan to achieve their goals. Anna is passionate about continuing education, as you can often find her reading articles regarding current developments in the dynamic industry of medical aesthetics. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, catching a sporting event or dining at one of Chicago's acclaimed restaurants.

Niki started her career in the aesthetics industry in 2007 in Arizona and has been with SpaDerma since 2011. She is passionate about the industry and sharing her knowledge and experience with her patients. The most rewarding gift for her is being a part of their skincare journey. Her all time favorite treatment are Chemical Peels since there’s so many options to tailor the treatment to each patients unique needs and transform the skin. She believes it’s the go-to option for all types of skin care needs such as acne, rosacea, melasma, or even just maintenance. She struggles with hyper pigmentation herself so peels will forever be apart of her treatment plan. Carla has been a Medical Aesthetician since 2008, during which she has gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of the skin. As a skincare specialist, Carla feels that educating her patients on their skin is one of the most important aspects of delivering results. She struggled with her own skin at a younger age battling acne, and then melasma in her adult years. Through educating herself on the right products and treatments, she has greatly improved her own skin and hopes to do the same for her patients. In her free time Carla enjoys making frequent visits to her hometown Michigan where she spends time with her nieces and nephew. She also loves spending time at their family lake house where she can unwind and be ready to come back to work.
